How can I increase the features of my account on Testportal?

Do you need more space for results or additional features? No problem, here's how to upgrade your account's capabilities.

What are the main benefits of upgrading my subscription?

The following business subscription plans are available: The main differences between our business plans (Standard, PRO, MAX, and MAX Dedicated) include, for example, the monthly limit of test results to collect, the possibility of collecting results within one results database and creating advanced reports.

Higher plans also enable:

  • Customizable certificates for respondents,

  • Adding other users (sub-accounts) to your license,

  • Sharing tests between users,

  • API integration with any system,

  • Access to respondent monitoring.

How to add more features on Testportal?

To change your subscription type, log in and go to My account. Choose Select plan, then decide which one you'd like to purchase. It is possible to buy a subscription for one, three, six, or twelve months (best offer).

When we receive the payment, your plan will immediately upgrade to the new subscription (for example, if you decide to change your PRO account to a MAX account). All features visible in our Pricing will be available immediately.

You can upgrade your subscription or downgrade to a less expensive plan at any time.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Sure, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan any time you want!

Whenever you realize you need an extended limit of collected test results, simply go for a higher subscription. You will only pay the difference between your current plan and the new one.

How do I upgrade my plan?

The first thing you’ll need to do is log in to your account. Then, simply follow the steps below to change your plan.

  1. Open the My account menu.

  2. In the General information tab choose the Upgrade.

  3. Choose the subscription that suits your needs and click Select.

  4. Next, select your plan duration (you can save a lot of money with annual billing!) and payment method.

  5. Then, complete the invoice details and choose Purchase.

  6. After receiving the payment, new plan will activate on your account immediately.

When you downgrade, your plan will activate after your current subscription has expired.

Can I unsubscribe at any time?

We'll be sorry to see you go, but yes, you can stop using Testportal at any time. You don't need to sign any contract to use any of our plans, and you can stop using our software at any time. Our Terms & Conditions are simple and straightforward. You pay as you go.

What happens when I stop using my account?

When your subscription expires, your plan status changes to "Frozen". You can still log in to your account and view the collected tests and results. However, creating and conducting tests is impossible, as is downloading the results. You can read more about subscription expiration here.

If your credit card is linked to your Testportal account, to avoid the next payment, you must cancel your subscription. Learn how to do this in this text.

If you want to restart using the Testportal platform, simply purchase a subscription.

What happens to my Testportal account after the trial or subscription has expired?

Before you buy a subscription, you can get to know Testportal during a 30-day trial period.

What happens to the account when that trial expires? And what happens if your purchased subscription expires? In this text, you will find out what happens to your account in both situations.

When your trial period ends, your plan status is set to "Frozen". You can still log in to view tests and results, but creating and activating tests or downloading results is no longer possible. If you want to continue using Testportal to conduct online tests, log in to your account and choose a subscription (My account -> Select plan).

What if I pay for my plan before the subscription expires?

Testportal allows you to purchase subscription plans for a duration of 1 or 12 months. You can upgrade or extend your plan at any time.

What if I pay for the same plan before my subscription expires?
Your subscription will be extended automatically, according to the length of the plan purchased.

What if I upgrade my plan before the subscription expires?
Your current plan will upgrade immediately. You will enjoy more of Testportal’s incredible features, plus we will refund part of your previous subscription.

What if I downgrade before my subscription expires?
Your plan will downgrade after your current subscription period has ended.

Who can use our offer for education?

You can use Testportal as a business or educational client.

Our plans for education: EDU, Free EDU, EDU School and EDU University are designed for primary and secondary school teachers and college professors for educational purposes only. It is stated in our Terms and Conditions (I. User Registration, point 2).

If you belong to that group, provide the following data in your user account: school name, address and phone number. It will ensure EDU plans availability for you.

If you represent a company, choose one of our business plans tailored to your needs. The business offer applies if you work for an education-related company too (e.g. a language school, training company, certification institution or an NGO).

Who shouldn’t use the EDU offer?

Our educational plans are not suitable for firms and other commercial or non-commercial institutions, including:

  • language schools,

  • training companies,

  • foundations,

  • associations and societies,

  • public benefit organizations,

  • government organizations,

  • freelancers,

  • trainers,

  • centers for vocational training,

  • vocational training facilities.
