How to pay for a subscription?
After logging into your account, you can pay for the subscription by clicking My account and then Select plan.

How to choose a plan?
After clicking Select plan, the pricing will appear. Depending on whether you are a business or educational user, you will see pricing with plans tailored for your needs.
Analyze your needs before choosing a plan. For example: if you only want to collect up to 300 results per month, the PRO plan is the right one. However, it will not allow you to create certificates for respondents. This feature (plus extensive analytics, reporting and a bigger results storage limit) is available in the MAX plan.
How can I pay for the subscription?
Click Select for the plan that suits your needs. Next, the system will redirect you to the payment form. We have described all the payment methods available on Testportal in this part of the text. After receiving the payment, the system will activate your subscription immediately. Enjoy the testing!
What payment methods are available on Testportal?
Testportal allows users to purchase plans tailored for both business and education.
Payment Methods – which one should I choose?
For fast, secure and convenient payments, we provide several payment methods. Depending on your plan and selected billing period, only some of the following payment methods may be available.
This is a secure and hassle-free form of payment which ensures that you will always remain subscribed to Testportal and take advantage of the latest features. This payment method enables automatic billing at (monthly / yearly) intervals preset by you.
After entering your card details (card number, expiry date, CVV2 or CVC code) and submitting your order, the payment will be sent for authorization. Your new subscription will be activated in your account after a successful authorization. Testportal doesn't store your credit card details.
This is easily cancellable at any time should you not wish to continue. Your subscription will remain active until your current billing cycle is over and will not charge you again at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
Important: Funds will be automatically deducted from the buyer's account at regular intervals in the future (monthly / yearly). You can cancel your subscription at any time.

PayPal (one-time payment)
You can also choose PayPal as a payment method. After selecting this option and clicking Pay, you will be redirected to the payment site. Complete the form with your email or mobile number included to proceed with the PayPal payment. After a successful payment, the transaction will be completed. Your new Testportal subscription will now be assigned to your account.
Regular bank transfer (one-time payment)
If you choose this option, your order status will change to Awaiting payment. This means that the order will be processed as soon as your payment has been successfully transferred to our bank account. Your subscription will be valid for one year, and after that, you will have to place your order again.
After selecting Place order, you will receive all data needed to make a bank transfer. This information will also be also available in the Payments tab. We will inform you by email when we receive your payment.
Please note that all potential transaction fees, especially related to international bank transfers, are always incurred by the end-user.

How to switch from a monthly to a yearly subscription?
At any time when using the Testportal, you can change from paying once a month to once a year. Choosing the annual payment allows you to make substantial savings.
How to change your subscription from monthly to yearly?
To switch from paying once a month to paying once a year, you can do that by following the instructions below:
Log in to your account, then go to the My Account menu, and the Payments tab.
In the Summary tab, select Change plan.
On the Select plan screen, you will see all available plans. Select the option you are interested in, and confirm with the Select button.
On the Subscription purchase screen choose Billing period - Yearly.
Confirm change of plan from monthly to yearly using the Apply change option.
Switching the subscription to yearly
When you select a yearly subscription, you will be charged upon the expiry of the monthly subscription that is currently active on your account. After the end of the year period, you won’t need to remember to extend the plan on your account yourself, as we will charge you automatically.

How to cancel a recurring subscription?
When you choose a recurring payment method for your subscription, it then renews automatically. This way, you don’t have to worry that you might miss the expiry date of your plan. It saves you time and hassle. Your account will always be active and ready, and your respondents will have uninterrupted access to our tests.
How to cancel recurring payments?
If you want to cancel recurring payments, follow the steps below:
Log in to your account, then go to the My Account menu, and the Payments tab.
In the Summary tab, select Cancel subscription.
Canceling a subscription requires confirmation. If you are sure you want to do it, select Cancel subscription in the window.
Your subscription will be canceled from the next billing period. It will be active until the end of the current period.
Cancel subscription in a few steps
If you ever decide to renew your subscription, you can do it at any time in the Payments tab, in the Summary, using the Cancel plan expiration option. Your account will then be restored to the subscription paid periodically with the card, the same as the one that is active on your account.
How to update your payment methods?
Recurring card payments are a convenient way to pay for your Testportal subscription. By connecting the card, you save time, and ensure that your account always remains active.
Changing the payment methods
To change the payment method on Testportal:
Go to My Account, then select the Billings view. Testportal will show you details of your current plan and allow you to change it with the Change plan button.
After clicking Change plan, you will see all available plans (business for business users and education for education users). After selecting the appropriate one, you will see the payment view.
In the Subscription purchase view, you must now select a billing period (if possible) and a payment method. To use a recurring payment by credit card, select this Credit / debit card. Then fill in the card and billing details.
Make sure that the data is correct and confirm the order with the Purchase button. After successful authorization, the plan will be activated on your account on Testportal, and the subsequent payments will be charged automatically every month (or year, depending on the accounting period selected).
How to change my credit card details at any time?
In the Billings view, go to the Payment method (the last one on the top bar). Here you can freely manage your current payment method. The current option can be changed at any time - to do that, click the green button Change payment method.

After entering the new card details, confirm the operation by clicking Set new card. The new card will replace the old one and payments will continue to be made without any changes.
Why is it beneficial to switch to a recurring card payment?
First of all, it is a convenient solution if Testportal is your work tool. By connecting the card, you ensure that your subscription will never expire at an unexpected moment.
Also, you can cancel your subscription at any moment. Card payment is the only method that allows you to claim a refund for your plan. Our refund policy is described here.
By using recurring payments you let us know that Testportal is a useful platform and that you intend to spend more time on it. This way we can look after our users and continue developing Testportal.

We aim to provide a smooth, hassle-free experience with regard to our products. If you have subscribed and would like to opt out, we will be happy to refund you for a recurring card payment.
How to get a refund for your subscription?
Check your account to make sure that you use recurring payments.
We refund plans that haven’t been actively used. As long as you have had no more than one test result in the current billing period, you’re totally fine.
Make sure you’re within the proper period. You have 30 days to change your mind if you purchased an annual subscription and seven if you purchased a monthly one.

When will I receive my refund?
It usually takes us one day to process your refund. Then, it will be up to your bank to process the transaction and credit your account. This usually takes five to seven business days in most cases.

How can I receive invoices for Testportal services?
You can download an invoice from your account at any time.
How do I get an invoice?
Invoices are only available for processed transactions. The transaction status is given in the table available in the Payments view.
After logging in to your account, go to My account.
Select Billing tab and go to the Payments (the second one on the top bar).
Find the transaction to which the required invoice relates.
Click Download invoice.
