The team consists of experienced trainers who train… other trainers and trainees. The team currently operates all over the Arabian region, Turkey, Iran, India and Central Africa. The pandemic outbreak turned out to be a big challenge even for an extraordinary company. The society had to face it properly.
The scale of the then-upcoming changes was enormous because, before COVID, it used to handle between 8-10K tests per year.
During COVID, we were looking for an upgrade, as I was not happy with the current test engine. I can say that I know to create test questions and answers related to learning objectives. And our test engine back then was a bit, let’s say, rigid. That was when I challenged my team and told them, “There should be some better solution”. Believe it or not, I just Google-searched Testportal. That is truly a great name that you have chosen!
