How to delete my Testportal account?

Contact us via email at support@testportal.net and confirm that you want to delete your account.

How to temporarily disable your Testportal account:

  • Deleting your account isn’t the only option. If you want to temporarily stop using your account, that’s totally fine. All you need to do is to stop paying for your subscription, and the account will be frozen. You can renew access at any time by logging into your account, choosing My account, and then Select plan. You can find a shortcut to the account reactivation process here.

  • If you want to downgrade, review your options here.

Before deleting the account:

  • Make sure you have used your subscription. We don’t refund for unused plans.

  • When we delete your account, all your information, including tests and results, will be deleted as well. If you decide to use Testportal again in the future, your information, tests, and results will not be restored.
