Thank you for completing the Exempt Rent e-learning module which covered:

•  What exempt accommodation really means, why it exists, and who it applies to.
• How exempt accommodation is defined in law
• How it fits into the Housing Benefit and Universal Credit systems, and
• Why it’s treated differently from other types of accommodation.
• Why it’s exempt from things like rent restrictions and the benefit cap
• Why those exemptions matter in practice.

There are 10 questions in the test and  the pass mark is 80% which means you will have to get at least 8 questions correct in order to successfully complete the test.
