1. Definitions

1.1 Administrator - Testportal Sp. z o.o. Szewska 9, 66-110 Babimost, Poland, European Union, VAT ID: PL9731017273, rendering services by electronic means and stores and accesses information in Users' devices through the Service's website
1.2 Cookies - IT data, small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User may use the Administrator's website.
1.3 Device - an electronic device by which the User may access the Administrator's website.
1.4 User - shall mean an entity for whom services may be rendered by electronic means in accordance with the Regulations and with applicable provisions of law or whit whom an Agreement on providing services by electronic means may be concluded.

2. Using Cookies

2.1 The Administrator uses Cookies through a website.
2.2 The information collected on the basis of Cookie files are used for the purposes of proper optimisation of the functioning of the website as well as for statistical and marketing purposes.
2.3 The Cookies register the activity of the website's User by recognising a device, therefore the website is displayed in a way adopted to the User's individual preferences.
2.4 The solutions used on the website are safe for the devices of the Users using the Administrator's website. It is not possible for any malware to access the Users' Devices.
2.5 The Administrator uses two types of Cookies:
a) Session Cookies: these are the files that are stored in the User's device and remain there until the moment of ending the session of a given browser. The information stored is then permanently removed from the Device's memory. The mechanism of Session Cookies does not permit for collecting any personal data and for collecting any confidential information from the User's Device.
b) Persistent Cookies: are stored on User's device and remain there until the moment of their removal. The end of a session of a given browser or switching off the Device does not result in their removal from the Device. The mechanism of persistent Cookies does not permit for collecting any personal data and for collecting any confidential information from the User's Device.

3. Ways of determining the terms and conditions of storing or accessing Cookies

3.1 The User has a possibility of limiting or blocking the access of Cookies to his or her device. In the case of using this option, the use of the Service will be possible apart from the functions who, by nature, require Cookies.
3.2 The User may at any time and by himself change the settings regarding Cookies by determining terms and conditions of the storage of Cookies and access thereto by User's devices. The changes of settings mentioned above may be done by the User through his Internet browser preferences section or by way of configuring the service. Such settings may be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic support of Cookies in the Preferences section of the Internet browser or to inform of any case of saving the Cookies on the device. 3.3 The User may, at any time, remove the Cookies by using the functionalities available in the Internet browser they use.
3.4 Limiting the use of Cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Administrator's website.
